We acquired one in Jacksonville, North Carolina that is called Legacy at Abbington Place. We acquired two apartment communities that are just around the corner from each other in Pensacola, Florida called Crestview at Oakleigh Apartment Homes and Kings Mill Apartment Homes.

Legacy at Abbington Place

The Legacy at Abbington Place was acquired on May 18, 2022. The apartment community offers one, two, and three bedroom floorplans and is located at 1025 Kensington Drive, Jacksonville, NC. The Jacksonville residents can enjoy a 24 seat multimedia theater, beach volleyball courts, dog park, swimming pool with sundeck, and many more features. Pedcor Homes Corporation entered the Pensacola market with the acquisition of two apartment communities on May 24, 20022. Crestview at Oakleigh was built in 1996 and offers one, two, and three bedroom floorplans. The community is located at 8990 N Davis Highway, Pensacola, FL. Crestview at Oakleigh is gated and offers a whirlpool spa, dog park, outdoor lounge, and many more features for our residents to enjoy. Kings Mill Apartment Homes are also located in Pensacola and were acquired on May 24, 2022. Built in 1999, the apartment community offers one, two, and three bedroom floorplans. Located adjacent to Crestview at Oakleigh, Kings Mill is located at 8917 N Davis Highway. The luxury Pensacola community is also gated and has an outdoor wood-burning fire pit, dog park, resort-inspired pool with sundeck, social lounge, and many more features.
